- We can collaborate closely with entrepreneurs for the acquisition of a company
- We invest in search funds of entrepreneurs
- We invest as equity investor in the companies acquired by the entrepreneurs

Acquisition of minority stakes
We acquire minority stakes in companies that are still run by the founders.
Having been in the situation himself, Max understands the desire from many entrepreneurs to be able to take some chips of the table, while still operating and growing the business as owner.
- Here’s what we are looking for:
Earnings between 500.000 and 2 million USD - Demonstrated consistent earning power and free cashflow
- Earning good returns on equity while employing little or no debt
Please be noted:
- We are looking at earnings and free cashflow, not at adjusted EBITDA or similar metrics.
- We don’t invest in startups.
- We don’t invest in turnarounds.
