Kronberg Capital VCC – Global Equities is a concentrated long-only public equity fund based in Singapore for accredited investors.

Before founding Kronberg Capital, Max Kronberg co-founded KW-Commerce and built it into one of Europe’s leading online marketplace sellers, with over 8 million customers per year. That experience shapes how we invest. We see ourselves as long-term business owners and view our investments the way a founder-operator would.

We invest in growth businesses across developed and emerging markets, with a tilt towards small and mid caps. We look for companies that are #1 or #2 in their niche, generate free cash flow, carry little or no debt, and are ideally still run by their founders.
