Kronberg Capital VCC – Global Equities is a public equity fund based in Singapore for accredited investors.

Our investment philosophy is deeply rooted in Max Kronberg’s experience as a owner-operator. We think and invest as long-term owners in publicly listed companies that possess scalable moats and are led by competent, often owner operated management. We invest in these companies when these are attractively priced with a margin of safety compared to its intrinsic value.

Max Kronberg

Founder & Portfolio manager

Max Kronberg is the Founder, largest investor in the fund and its Portfolio Manager.

Before moving into investment, he co-founded KW-Commerce with Jens Wasel and scaled the company to one of the leading global private label sellers on online marketplace with over 450 employees and 8 million customers per year. KW-Commerce was built without any external equity investors and sold in 2021. He has been managing his own investment portfolio on the side since 2012 and has been investing as his full-time profession and passion since 2022.
